1. Lift Your Foot
One of the best methods of treating swollen feet is to elevate the feet. This doesn’t mean that you should rest your feet on something. You should elevate your swollen feet above the level of heart. This way, the gravity will reduce the swelling and send the excess fluid back to the circulation.
Try to aim spending 20 minutes while your feet is up every day. Keep your feet up while you are sleeping by putting them on pillows. But, make sure that you support your knees, otherwise you can wake up to rigid and aching knees.
